We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef/Grill Chef who’s ready to step into the spotlight, lead the charge, and bring their A-game to our grill and kitchen.

What You'll Be Smashing:

• Perfecting the art of burger alchemy—from smashing to stacking to serving.

• Running the kitchen like a legend, ensuring every moment is smooth, efficient, and downright awesome.

• Leading your crew during peak madness with energy, precision, and unstoppable vibes.

What we are looking for: 

• A love for bold flavors, great food, and kitchen perfection.

• Solid experience running a kitchen, especially with a grill focus.

• Team player with a side of resilience (can handle the heat, literally!).

• A wicked sense of humour and the drive to keep it fun while smashing out the best burgers in Manchester.
